Do we charge sales tax? Yes, sales tax are included in the price.

What forms of payment do we accept? We accept debit, credit or cash. The deposit must be paid online with a debit or credit card. The balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to delivery. We will not set up until payment is made.

What if I need a refund? Our company policy states: We will issue a rain check.

Why do we only offer Rain Checks? Due to the time spent preparing the unit, paying employees, cost involved, route rescheduling and our payment processor (Square) not allowing us to receive a refund on our fees paid we only offer rain checks. Thank you for your understanding. We are happy to reschedule anytime at the customers convenience.

Are our units cleaned and sanitized? Yes, we wash them with a disinfectant after every rental. We spray them with water, suds them up and let them air dry.

How long is the rental? Our standard is 6 hours. However 24 hours is included in the price. On occasion we need to deliver the night before, if the unit is in a safe location and allowed for overnight.

Are your units safe? Yes all of our units are commercial grade and made with lead free PVC Vinyl. We use the best manufactures that have the highest safety standards in the industry.

How long in advance do I need to reserve? We prefer you book a month in advance but will accept booking the day before if available. You may always call us same day to see what we have available.

What areas do we serve? We serve Laurens county and surrounding areas.

Is there a set up fee or delivery fee? Our fees range from $25 to $75 depending on location.

Are we insured? Yes we have General Liability Insurance, will provide certificate of insurance upon request.

Are we safety certified? Yes we have a certificate of safety from SIOTO (Safety Inflatable Operators Training Organization) Additionally we are a member of AAPROS (American Alliance Party Rental Operators and Suppliers) which holds a high standard for its members.
